Surveys

The Sur­veys tool in Bright­space is built on the same plat­form as quizzes, but sur­veys are not grad­able. They are designed to gath­er feed­back or input from stu­dents and can be set up to be anony­mous. Instruc­tors can also gen­er­ate a cus­tom sur­vey link to share out­side of Bright­space, such as through stu­dents’ exter­nal email, mak­ing it easy to col­lect respons­es even if stu­dents are not logged into the course.

*NOTE: that this tool is sep­a­rate from NIC’s offi­cial Course Feed­back Sur­vey ser­vice, which is sup­port­ed by CTLI and Insti­tu­tion­al Research (IR).
