Bulk Edit

There are four key places in D2L Bright­space where you can take advan­tage of Bulk Edit to save time and man­age con­tent effi­cient­ly. These tools allow you to update labels, dates, vis­i­bil­i­ty, and acces­si­bil­i­ty set­tings from a sin­gle screen rather than open­ing each item indi­vid­u­al­ly.

You will find Bulk Edit options in:

• Bulk Edit (under Assign­ments)
• Bulk Edit (under Quizzes)
• Bulk Edit (under Grades)
• Bulk Edit Dates (under Man­age Dates), which allows you to edit dates across the entire course at once.

Using these bulk edit­ing fea­tures helps stream­line course updates, improve con­sis­ten­cy, and reduce repet­i­tive admin­is­tra­tive tasks, espe­cial­ly when prepar­ing for a new term.
